What is the process for making an investment?

We send you an Offering Package that includes a Private Placement Memorandum, Operating Agreement, Subscription Agreement, and a Property Overview describing the property and our performance projections, along with bank wiring instructions.  If you decide to invest, you complete and return the Subscription Agreement and wire the amount of your investment.  Your money will be used when we acquire the property.
